The number 12 jersey (presumably commemorating the 2012 season) originally had “COLTS” on the nameplate which was stripped and replaced with “LUCK”. The 1-star gold bordered Colts captains patch has been sewn to the right vest as Andrew Luck wore during his rookie year.
