Collection: Vintage (Before 2000-01)

Prior to the 2000-01 season, brands had deals with individual teams to supply their game jerseys. These suppliers included Nike, Starter, CCM, Bauer, Wilson, Pro-Player, and others. In additional to the wide range of branding, the jersey material and quality varied wildly as well. Even up until the 1999-00 season, NHL jerseys were made from rough and durable Air-Knit material, stretchy Ultrafil, or smooth and shiny nylon mesh. That all changed for the 2000-01 season as all teams switched over to the 6100 jersey template, which resembled the CCM Air-Knit jerseys of the 80s and 90s, and for the first time in league history, NHL uniforms were… well, uniform.”
