Refund policy

You have 30 days after your order is delivered to request a return.

If we got it wrong
If your item isn't what you ordered, isn't as described, or has a flaw we didn't disclose, email contact@grailsnipes.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem.

Flaws like stains, holes, tears, and scuffs are always fully covered. We'll send you a prepaid return label, waive the restocking fee, and refund everything you paid, including original shipping.

For general wear like loose threads, number bubbling, and small imperfections that you can see in our photos but we missed in the description, we waive the restocking fee, and you get the full item price back, but return shipping is deducted from the refund and original shipping isn't refunded.

We'll look at your photos and let you know which of these applies before you send anything back.

If it's not the right fit
Didn't fit, or just not for you? You can still return it within 30 days of delivery, as long as it comes back in the same condition you received it. You cover return shipping. Buy your own label, or we can send one and take its cost out of your refund. A 10% restocking fee also comes out of the refund, and original shipping isn't refunded.

Exchanges
Most of what we sell is one of a kind, so a straight swap usually isn't possible. The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a new order.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and we've inspected it, we'll email you to let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days, usually 2 to 3. Your bank or card company can take a few more days to post it. If it's been more than 10 business days since we approved your return, email contact@grailsnipes.com.

Orders delivered to the European Union
If your order is delivered to an address in the EU, you also have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. No restocking fee applies to a withdrawal. You pay the cost of shipping the item back to us. We'll refund the item price and the standard shipping you paid within 14 days of getting your withdrawal notice, but we may hold the refund until the item arrives back or you send us proof that you shipped it. If the item comes back with wear beyond what it takes to try it on and look it over, we may reduce the refund to cover that.
