Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.


Damages and issues
Grail Snipes is committed to disclosing any and all imperfections on our jerseys, but occasionally flaws go unnoticed. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is not as described so that we can make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
Many items sold on grailsnipes.com are rare, and sometimes one of a kind items, so size availability is extremely limited. You are more than welcome to exchange any item delivered to you within 30 days. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (but usually as quick as 2-3 business days). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please email us at contact@grailsnipes.com.

Please note that the original shipping cost will not be refunded on returns.
