Right of Withdrawal (EU customers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, use the withdrawal button below or contact us at contact@grailsnipes.com.
When you submit a withdrawal request, you will be asked to confirm your name and your order reference. We will send you a confirmation by email. After we receive the returned item, we will refund the amount paid, including standard shipping, within 14 days. Return shipping costs may be your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
