Was likely game issued as #91 was not a rostered number from the time that this jersey style was used. Comes with a Mears letter of authenticity. Some residue from the previously applied numbers which were stripped so the jersey could be done up as Bart Starr.
Medalist size tag still attached. Green Bay Packers tag that is typically sewn above this has signs of removal (this is also mentioned in the Mears letter). Amazing display piece or something to rock at Lambeau to cheer on the Packers!
