These awesome Turn Ahead The Clock jerseys were worn as a part of a Century 21 Real Estate sponsored promotion, where teams were encouraged to imagine what uniforms would look like in 2021. This “futuristic” Marlins jersey style was worn for just one game on July 23, 1999 against the Milwaukee Brewers who also wore special TATC uniforms. Brian Meadows was drafted by the Marlins in 1994 and was called up to Florida’s starting rotation in 1998 where he won 11 games. He would go on to win 11 games again in 1999, before being traded to the Padres shortly after the ‘99 season.
