Size: Vest Jersey is a size 48 (XL). Undershirt is a size XL.

Brand/Model: Russell Athletic Diamond Collection Authentic vest jersey. Majestic Authentic Collection turtleneck long sleeved undershirt.

Condition: 8/10. Russell Athletic jock tag has been removed from the jersey leaving a small hole and there is some faint red marks parallel to the pinstripes on the front right shoulder area of the vest (see closeup photos). Otherwise the jersey and undershirt are both in great gently worn condition.

Team captain Barry Larkin was the face of the franchise for a decade plus in the 90s and arguably early 2000s (although Ken Griffey Jr. definitely stole some of the spotlight when coming to Cincinnati in 2000). This jersey throws it back to the 1999 season, the first in which the Reds wore these now iconic pinstripe vest jerseys with red and black accents. This one in complete with both the original long sleeved undershirt as Larkin wore though the 90s and 2000s as well as his captain’s “C” in Reds stylized font above the front numbers. This style was used starting in 1999 through the early 2000s, but this one is specific to 1999 because there is no MLB batterman logo on the back collar which began in 2000.
