On July 5, 1995, the Chicago White Sox hosted a "Turn Back the Clock" (TBTC) game against the New York Yankees, wearing uniforms designed to replicate their 1964 style. This game was originally scheduled for September 4, 1994, to recognize the anniversary of the 1984 season, but it was postponed due to the 1994 MLB player strike and eventually played in the next year. Dane Johnson appeared in 15 games for White Sox in 1994, but played for the Sox AAA squad in ‘95, so this jersey never saw game action.
