The Cubs wore these royal blue pullover jerseys with knit collar and sleeve cuffs from 1982-1989 with Wilson manufacturing the jerseys through 1986. The lettering on this jersey is the vertical arch style which was used specifically for the 1984 NLDS vs the Padres. This gem also includes an extremely rare NL East division champs patch on the right sleeve as the Cubbies wore during the playoffs.
1984 was a magical season for Ryne Sandberg and the Cubs as Sandberg won the NL MVP award and led the Cubs to their first postseason appearance since 1945.
