Condition: 7/10. Crest has some damage on the black chain stitching. There is also a very faint stain on the front hem of the jersey (see closeup photos). Otherwise in great gently worn condition.
Before being traded to the Sabres, Hasek spent the first 2 years of his career backing up Ed Belfour in Chicago. Hasek played 5 regular season games in 1990-91 and 20 games in 1991-92. He also appeared in 3 playoff games per season including game 4 of the 1992 Stanley Cup Finals.
