This Adidas Adizero style was worn for the first half of the Kights’ inaugural season in 2017. Starting in January 2018, teams no longer wore the NHL 100th anniversary patch.
Reilly Smith came to Vegas in the expansion draft from Florida, and immediately became one of the leaders in Vegas, leading Knights to a Stanley Cup Finals appearance in their very first season, and was part of the VGK squad that won the Cup five years later in 2023.
