This late 90s authentic Karim Abdul-Jabbar Dolphins jersey throws it back to the tail end of the Dan Marino led Dolphins teams. Karim was a workhorse running back for Miami during that era, even leading the league in touchdowns in 1997.

While the name is certainly familiar, this Karim is not related to the basketball legend. Some commentators even mistakenly believed that he was the son of the basketball legend who also attended UCLA and who himself has a son named Kareem. He also wore number 33, confusing matters even more. The controversy eventually led to the basketball player suing the football player in 1997. The lawsuit led to the football player changing his legal name to Abdul-Karim al-Jabbar.
