This obscure one-game-only jersey has the correct font sleeve numbers (which was a common inaccuracy on many of the authentic Reebok Bears jerseys) and features a 9/11 memorial patch worn on the season opener on September 11, 2011 to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the terror attacks.
