Condition: 7/10. Red color bleed on the crest. Minor staining on the bottom tail of the jersey as shown in photos.
Team tagging indicates this jersey is from the Scouts’ inaugural season. While this jersey does not appear to be modified in any way, it appears that Herron wore a size 48 as seen on other game worn examples instead of a size 44 which frankly seems too small to fit over goalie pads. Regardless, still an extremely rare team issued authentic jersey from a time before authentic jerseys were made available for retail purchase!
Denis Herron would go on to become a Vezina Trophy winner with the Montreal Canadiens in 1980-81.
